Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes or differences arising from the interpretation or implementation of this User Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration by an independent arbitrator appointed by Aayati Enterprises. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall take place in Kerala High Court of Judicature at Kerala shall have jurisdiction. The laws of India shall apply.

User-Generated Content

All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions (collectively, "Comments") disclosed, submitted, or offered to the Site shall be and remain the property of Aayati Entreprises. By submitting Comments, you assign to Aayati Entreprises all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in copyrights and other intellectual properties.

Aayati Entreprises may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, denying you access to the Site. Such termination is without liability to Aayati Entreprises.

Upon termination by either party, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded from the Site, including copies. Aayati Entreprises' rights to Comments survive termination. Termination does not cancel payment obligations for products ordered or affect liabilities arising under this User Agreement.
