Please note that Aayati Entreprises shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances, including:

  • Strikes affecting transportation and delivery

Receiving Your Order

  • Inspect the packaging for any damage or tampering before accepting theparcel
  • Provide acknowledgement of receipt upon delivery

Reporting Issues

To initiate the return/exchange process, please email us at info@aayatientreprises.com within 2 days of receiving your order. You can also contact us at +91 97784 11126. Please provide an unboxing video of the product as evidence.

Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange

We will accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Product: The product delivered was not the one ordered.
  • Tampering: The product packaging was tampered with.
  • Damage: The product was damaged during shipping.
  • Expired Product: The product had expired.
  • Short Quantity: The quantity of the product delivered was less than ordered.

Timeframe for Reporting Issues

Please note that we will only entertain complaints received within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Exceptions

Our return/exchange policy does not apply to gifts and promotional items.

Aayati Entreprises shall not entertain any complaints or returns under the following conditions:

  • Product Tampering: The products are opened, used, or altered in anyway.
  • Missing Original Packaging: The original packaging (mono cartons,labels, etc.) is not produced or is missing.
  • Tampered Product Information: The product code or Batch Number ofthe product has been tampered with.
  • Please note that returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition with all original packaging intact.

Please be aware that we can only provide order-related information up to 3 months from the date of purchase. To ensure prompt assistance, please contact us with any inquiries or concerns regarding your order within this timeframe.

1. How can I cancel the order I have placed?

If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped but not been delivered, please refuse to accept it at the time of delivery. Once we receive the products back at our warehouse and verify their packaging, we will refund your money within 7-10 business days.

2. How do I check the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order by clicking on "Track Order" and entering your order details. Alternatively, you can check the status through the tracking link shared via SMS.

3. Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

4. How can I change the address or phone number in my order?

5. Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel?

Shipping charges will only be refunded if you cancel the entire order. If you cancel a partial order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
